DC Load Bank

● ZENITHSUN DC Load Bank simulate the actual load a power source such as a UPS or battery will encounter during operation.
● DC Load Banks come in both portable and stationary configurations, and come with multiple safety features for load bank and operator protection such as over temperature, loss of air flow, loss of control power etc.
● The regular load voltages are 12VDC, 24VDC, 36VDC, 48VDC, 54VDC, 60VDC…others are on request.
● The digital or LED meter allows you to measure power, voltage and current while also allowing you to record the data as you do your testing.
● Integrated cooling fans, the regular fans voltage is 220V-240Vac (L-N) from external power source, others on request.
● Integrated switches to adjust the load capacity.
● Compliance with standards:
1) IEC 60529 Degrees of Protection Provided by Enclosures
2) IEC 60617 Graphical Symbols and Diagrams
3) IEC 60115 fixed resistor for use in electronic equipment
● Installation environment:
Installation Height: ≤1500 meters ASL,
Ambient Temp: -10℃ to +50℃ ;
Relative Humidiry: ≤85%;
Atmospheric Pressure: 86~106kPa.
The installion place of load bank should be dry and ventilative. There is no flammable, explosive and corrosive materials around load bank. Due to resistors are heaters, the temperature of the load bank will be higher and higher, there should be leave some space around the load bank, avoid the influence of outside heat source.
